And while not everyday has been perfect, it has been relatively easy. I've made a quick list of some highlights of our first year as Mr & Mrs :)
Our first out of the country experience to the Dominican Republic for our honeymoon
A trip to Vegas to celebrate Josh's 21st birthday
Multiple Royals games
Witnessing a bunch of our friends & family getting married
Multiple home improvement projects
Wisdom tooth removal
Knee surgery
Our first pub crawl
Too many cake creations to count
Etc, etc, etc (since I'm sure I forgot too many highlights)
To say the last year has flown by would be an understatement. Tonight we are headed to the movie theater downtown, that serves dinner while you watch, to celebrate. Now You See Me is the movie of choice. And since I am not a fan of freezer burnt cake, we ate our original topper 11 months ago. Today, I recreated it so we could keep part of the wedding cake tradition alive. (And since my mom wouldn't let me make my own wedding cake originally, I finally got to make a part if it today).
