I have thrown around the idea if going to the gym to walk on treadmill for like 15-20 minutes a day. But at this point, I feel like I'm lucky if I can get a shower in, and when I have a free 20 minutes, my option is always to relax or try and nap. I'm hoping since the babe is almost a month old, she will start settling into some better sleeping habits. We shall see :)
I am getting pretty anxious to be able to work out again. Yet...I know that when that happens, my time at home on maternity leave will be close to coming to an end. Not quite ready to think about that yet, so I guess I'll be finding some home toning excercises to do at home for now :)
I'll update on progress next week!
